ITSolutions4U LLC – Replace, Return and Refunds Policy

- General Policy
ITSolutions4U LLC provides professional IT support, network, and consulting services. Due to the nature of our work, all completed services, configurations, and consultations are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
- Service Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
Duplicate or incorrect payment
Service not initiated within the agreed timeframe
Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of payment and before any work has started. No refunds for partially/fully completed work, third-party software, or hardware purchased on behalf of the client.
- Refund Eligibility Condition
Refunds apply only to non-MSP clients (those without a monthly managed service or ongoing technical support agreement).
To be eligible for a refund, the client’s account must be in good standing, with no unpaid invoices or outstanding project balances.
ITSolutions4U LLC reserves the right to apply any approved refund toward unsettled amounts from previous or related services.
- Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please email procurement@itsolutions4u.net with the completed *Replace / Return / Refund Request Form* attached.
This form can be downloaded from our official website or requested directly via email.
All requests must include the form, invoice number, payment reference, and a clear description of the reason for the return or refund.
Refund reviews are completed within 5–7 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
- Hardware Returns
Hardware or physical products may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging unless the return is due to missing or defective item.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
If a product is delivered with missing or defective components, ITSolutions4U LLC will provide the missing part or replacement at no additional cost.
Clients must report such issues within 15 days of delivery.
A return or refund will only be processed if the issue cannot be resolved through replacement.

- Software, Digital Goods & Licenses (Non-Refundable)
Non-refundable once issued, delivered, provisioned, or activated (e.g., license keys, activation codes, tenant/app provisioning, downloads).
Refunds are only considered for duplicate payment or item not delivered/provisioned by us.
No prorated refunds for partial months/terms; changes in seat counts take effect on the next billing cycle.
Setup/onboarding fees for software or cloud services are non-refundable.
- Managed Services & Retainers
Monthly or prepaid retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Refunds are not available once any service hours have been used.
- Policy Updates and Modifications
ITSolutions4U LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.
